Can Corporate Universities become the vehicle for organisational learning?

Learning and continuous improvement are considered to be the heart of organizational excellence. There is abundance of literature on Organizational Learning and Learning Organizations.  The aim of this paper is to present a critical review of the approaches towards organizational learning adopted by organizations that have been through excellence award journey and to juxtapose the approaches used in the context of TQM and Organizational Learning. Moreover the paper will introduce some empirical evidence of the approaches adopted by organizations as they strive towards excellence and learning and will enquire how Corporate Universities and Academies can reinforce implementations of these approaches.
